Hello. This is tess(barabro) again, an ex-collegue of Mio on this account. I decided to clear the situation more because people keep writing to me on all my accounts in social media and I'm not in the mood to defend Mio anymore. 
I tried to help her and gather information for her about people she scammed so she could refund them, but apparently no one was refunded at all. She also used my Paypal for commissions (because her was at its' limit of operations at that time) and I had to pay refunds for her several times (and I guess these were the ony people who got refund) or else my PayPal would've been blocked so basically I was scammed as well. 
At one point she just quit all of her social media and left me alone with all the people thinking I AM the scammer and not her, because I left all my contacts there 'cause I wanted to help people reach out to Mio. 

So what I have at this point: angry people writing to me everywhere (and I absolutely understand your anger but I can't help you at all)
                                          Mio stopped talking to me and logging into all of her social media so I can't reach out to her for 1.5 years or so (I don't know at all where she is or what is she doing)

I am again verry sorry that this situation happened to you, but now I'm oficially telling that I'm done with all this because I'm no help at this point at all and don't know what I can do. The only thing I could say that she had an instagram account called anya-portraits, but she also hasn't used it since 2018 or so.

I am very sorry that this happened to you with your YCH. I know that Anya had a VERY rough year, a very strong depression so she couldn't  even make her come to her PC sometimes(shehas massive panic attacks). Im not finding excuses for her, I just want you to not hate her: sometimes it just happens to people all of a sudden.
Personally I can neither refund your money ( because I dont have any, I was never commissioned Mio's YCH) nor draw your YCH ( actually I can, but I don't have any of Anya's drawing skill), but I'm willing to help both you and Anya, so you can contact me through notes on my main acc or here (because I have no access to their YCH account)
Please in your note (or here in comments) link me YCH, references or the sum of refund you want to get if you dont want YCH anymore, I am very sorry that this happened to both of sides again.
